At that time, I was juggling life as a mother of two, with my youngest just a year and a half old. Despite my efforts to lead a healthy lifestyle—eating well and staying active—I struggled with lingering post-baby weight and persistent digestive issues.

This experience sparked a deep curiosity about lymphatic drainage, a treatment I discovered in Brazil. I was fascinated by how it could address both my weight concerns and digestive discomfort. After moving back to northern California, I found it surprisingly difficult to find practitioners who offered Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage.
